Uninor, a network operator in India has launched a couple new vouchers for the subscribers based in Maharashtra and Goa, using which they can make calls at just 25 paise per minute, and the best part of this is that the subscribers can make the calls both to the local and STD numbers. This special tariff voucher is made available to all the regions under the states of Maharashtra and Goa and the options to recharge would be available right away.

According to Uninor, these special tariff vouchers would be available to the subscribers through 65,000 outlets across 800 cities, towns and the villages in these two states.

Uninor 25p/min Local & STD Call Vouchers

The specific vouchers for which the subscribers can recharge their Uninor number with, is Rs. 22 and Rs. 31 vouchers which would be valid for a month and during this period, any local and STD call can be made for just 25 paise per minute.

Commenting on the launch, Ritesh Singh, Uninor Circle Business Head, Maharashtra and Goa said, “Sabse Sasta is a promise that we have made and intend to keep. At a time when mobile users are worried about increasing tariffs, Uninor will continue to focus on affordability. If you use your phone the most for local or STD calls, it makes sense to move to Uninor.”

One of the recent main target of every network operator has been to motivate the users to migrate to their network from any other current operator, and thus these come up with regular neat calling offers and reduction of tariffs. Although Uninor is trying to reduce the call costs through these vouchers, the better operators haven’t ignored this zone, as we recently saw Airtel 20p/min calling in MP and Chattisgarh, but the disappointment had been there for the Tata Docomo customers who had to shell out 2p/sec for the calls because the prepaid base tariff had been increased for all the subscribers across the nation.

Uninor has got some good internet plans (check Uninor GPRS Plans) and for those who have been trying to connect to the Internet through the Uninor SIM card, do check the Uninor GPRS Settings to set them right.
