To set up or configure hotspot in your mobile over Wi-Fi, you have to follow these steps:

  1. On home screen, strike the All apps icon.
  2. Then strike Settings.
  3. Under Wireless & networks, strike the More icon here.
  4. Strike Tethering & portable hotspot option there.
  5. Strike and select the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot box.
  6. Strike the Set up Wi-Fi hotspot option there.
  7. Strike the Network SSID field and enter a new network name, if you desired.
  8. Strike the Security drop-down menu there and then selects the desired option.
  9. If prompted, then enter a password there.

Then strike to Save.

Hotspot is activated…… congrats J
