How to Recharge your Mobile Phone at ICICI Bank ATM Center

Recharging a mobile phone is possible through one of the many ways online and even offline, but many wouldn’t have tried recharging their phones directly from the bank ATM centers. The ICICI Bank ATM centers offer to recharge your mobile phone when you use your ATM card for the same.

It is a pretty easy and neat way to recharge the phone, rather than going through the various transaction hassles that you do through the online mobile recharge options. All the ATMs of ICICI Bank work similarly, and thus the process explained below is the same for everyone. Here’s the process how you can recharge the mobile phone from the ATM Center of ICICI Bank:

Insert the ATM Card in the machine, and then enter the 4-digit PIN and this would take you to the list of options.

 

In the list of options, you need to hit the first left option which is “Mobile Recharge” and once you hit that the next screen will ask you to enter the mobile number which you want to recharge.

 

Then enter the amount of recharge you want to do, and its better if you enter the correct amount after knowing which one works correctly for the network because you are just wasting your time if the actual amount recharge is not available and you are just trying.

After you have entered the amount, the machine would show you the mobile number and amount of recharge, and ask you to confirm the same before proceeding to the next step.

You will next be asked to select the account number, from where the amount has to be deducted.

Once this is confirmed, you need to hit Yes and the recharge would be done instantly, and you get to see a notification on the screen that the transaction has been successfully completed. And once done, there would be a confirmation receipt printed out.

The tutorial is very basic, and easy to do, but you need to do everything with a good confirmation as things cannot be reversed here. Again as a note, do confirm with the network provider whether that amount of recharge is possible for the SIM card. The recharging is possible with all the various network carriers like the Airtel, Vodafone, Tata Docomo, Idea etc. and the costs and recharge options vary for the normal recharge, Topup recharge and the internet data recharge based on the network.
