The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is officially revealed and it is improved upon the previous Note 2. But is it better than the Samsung Galaxy S4. Size:
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a big phablet and it is ten percent taller, 13 percent wider and five percent thicker then Samsung Galaxy S4. Samsung Galaxy S4 is also a big phablet but not more than Galaxy Note 3.
Galaxy S4: its weight 130g and 7.8mm thick and 70mm wide. It has a glossy plastic rear.
Galaxy Note 3: the weight of the Galaxy Note 3 is 168g and it is 3.8mm thick, 79mm wide and also has a leather effect rear.
Display:
Everyone loves those phones which have big screen. So in these both devices have big screen like Galaxy S4 has big and the Galaxy Note 3 has bigger screen. Both the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 has Super AMOLED displays. This kind of screen does not use the universal backlight of LCD, but has light emitting pixels, which let the dark areas of an image stay super-dark.
The Galaxy S4 has a smaller screen, pixel density is naturally higher- 440ppi to the Note 3’s 368 ppi. But both devices displays are extremely sharp.

Samsung galaxy S4 has 4.2 with TouchWiz and the Galaxy Note 3 has Android 4.3 with TouchWiz and also has stylus implementation. In the Note 3 has a stylus S Pen enhancements but overall it uses a very similar software to the Galaxy S4.
Processor, RAM, Storage:
Both devices have good performance. The Samsung galaxy S4 has LTE Snapdragon 600 quad core 1.9 GHz, HSPA + Samsung Exynos octa core 1.6GHz. And the Galaxy Note 3 has LTE Snapdragon 800, quad-core 3.2GHz, HSPA + Samsung Exynos octa core 1.9GHz. Both devices have good processor and performance of the devices is also good.
The 2GB of RAM on the Galaxy S4 is a very solid amount. And the Galaxy Note 3 has a 2GB of RAM as well.
And when we are talking about its storage then galaxy S4 has a 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage with microSD. The Galaxy Note 3 has 32GB and 64GB internal storage with microSD as well.
Camera:
Both devices has same 13-MegaPixle LED flash back camera and also have same 2-MegaPixel front camera. It can capture video in 4k resolution from its main 13-MegaPixel camera- the galaxy S4 is stuck with 1080p.
