For those of you who use the built-in Mail app from Apple to send and receive your emails, there’s a very handy feature for you. I’m sure that pretty much all of you have multiple email accounts: one exclusively for work, another for personal use and maybe the 3rd one for bulk. The feature we’re talking about gives you the opportunity to set up different signatures for each email account.

 

Set up separate signatures for Mail app:

  1. Head over to Settings app on your home screen and scroll down to Mail, Contacts and Calendar field. Select it.
  2. Now select Signature and tap on Per Account to set up separate signatures for each mail box. 
  3. Once selected, it will list all your mail accounts. Simply enter a custom signature in each box.

 

That’s it. Now as you can see on the screenshots below, when you select the account to send from, the signature automatically updates respectively.
