Reliance 3GReliance has changed the plans and pricing of their Netconnect 3G service all across the country, which includes 13 circles that have the Reliance 3G network available and this includes the metro cities like the Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata. The plans range from 1GB to 6GB and above and the pricing depends on the plan.

Reliance also introduced the “My Best Plan”, that being industry’s “first usage-adaptive plan” as claimed by the company. The My Best Plan is a user adaptive feature, which would generate the lowest bill for any data usage by the customer and is ideal for a first time user who is not sure of his usage. The main benefit of the plan is “No bill shock” by billing upto 6GB 3G data for Rs.1,250 and unlimited usage at no cost beyond 6 GB of usage.

Example of the plan usage:
If the customer uses 2.5GB of data using the My Best Plan, he would be charged Rs. 250 as the rental for 1GB, plus Rs. 300 for the extra usage, taking the billing to Rs. 550.
When compared to the other network providers who give the 3G packages, Reliance doesn’t give shockers for every MB of download, and the price for the data used is well in the reach of the users.

Announcing the launch of the new 3G tariff plan, Sanjay Behl, Group Head – Brand & Marketing, Reliance Communications Limited said, “We would like our customers to enjoy our superior Reliance 3G network with the best broadband speeds for Internet access and uninterrupted data usage at the most competitive price point across all segments. This will ensure maximum benefits to our valued customers across 333 towns in 13 3G circles.”
